James - Candidate 11 (Welder)
This person has over 30 years’ experience in the fabrication industry. Apprentice trained with MMA, MIG, TIG and Gas Welding. Experience in using Oxy-acetylene cutting, Guillotine, Press breaks, Plasma cutting, CNC experience by using mild, aluminium, iron and galvanised steel from light gauge to heavy construction. Very comfortable from working from drawings. All his work has either been contractual or via agency and is looking for a permanent position within a company where he can use his skills. This type of experience is very hard to find and is available immediately.
Piotr - Candidate 1412 (Fabricator)
A very experienced welder/fabricator. He is skilled in using TIG and MIG welding with stainless steel, mild steel and aluminium. He can work from drawings and blue prints. Can use several hand and power tools including drill, hammers and punch, also experience in using shielded metal arc and gas metal arc equipment. Experience has been hands on and will be hard to find, if given the chance I feel he would be able to prove himself and become an asset to any company.
Tom - Candidate 262 (Fabricator)
Professionally qualified up to NVQ Level 2 for Fabrication/Welding as well as apprentice trained. He has experience in using stainless and mild steel from 1 mm to 6mm with Mig and Tig welding. A lot of experience in catering and hospital industry and has experience in fabricating from drawings all the way to the finished product. As you can see most of his work has been with agencies and is looking for a permanent position within a company where he can use his skills and build a career.
Steve - Candidate 1570 (Pipefitter)
This candidate has been a pipe welder/fitter for three years now., who has worked hard to obtain qualifications to help expand his knowledge in this industry. He has NVQ level 1 and 2 in welding including TIG, MMA, MIG in different areas of Gas and Arc. This candidate does not have many years of working experience in this industry, but I feel if given the chance he could build on his existing skills and become a valued member of any company.
